Tritan Internet didn't start in a boardroom. We were a group of developers tired of terrible colocation providers who held our hardware hostage, suffered constant downtime, and charged exorbitant fees for the basic projects we were building for fun.
We hit a breaking point and decided: screw it, we're becoming our own ISP. We set out to lower the barrier to entry for networking and BGP, offering low-cost, high-quality hosting so hobbyists could learn, experiment, and scale without the enterprise price tag.

We don't believe in sprawling our infrastructure thin just to say we have multiple PoPs. Instead, we've heavily concentrated our hardware and connectivity at our primary data center, focusing heavily on vertical scaling and strategic interconnection.

When we set out to provide low-cost BGP sessions and accessible infrastructure, we wanted to see what the community could build. The coolest and most unexpected project born on our network?
An open-source, decentralized public mirror mesh for critical public interest datasets, ensuring that historical internet archives and endangered scientific research remain freely accessible, even when primary sources go offline.
